Shelly is a highly qualified and experienced massage therapist, having been in practice for over 13 years.
Since qualifying Shelly has always specialised in remedial and sports massage for pain relief including deep tissue, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. She is also very experienced in Medical Acupuncture and Lymphatic Drainage.
Shelly is qualified in Pregnancy Massage and is registered with the Sports Massage Association (SMA). She regularly attends courses and training to develop her skills to bring the latest techniques to all her patients.
