Idilia has worked as a massage therapist for over 10 years specialising in massage for stress and pain relief. She’s a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapist (FHT) and uses a wide range of techniques within her treatments including Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Sports techniques, Remedial massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release.

Idilia offers a unique treatment style which she has developed over the past decade working with her patients. Each treatment she offers is specifically tailored to the client’s needs to improve both their physical and mental health. She is a compassionate and very gifted practitioner.
